Talk about text timing

While Decatur County Rural Water customers were receiving scam calls about their text alerting system, Greensburg Water also had calls going out. We reached out to Greensburg Mayor Joshua Marsh about those calls and he said that they did have calls going out concerning the one call text alert system they use.
